Rich and Danielle Cummins have been a part of the Life Action family since 2022 and are the proud parents of Claire, Chloe, Hunter, Lilli, and Olivia. Rich serves as the Life Action Chief Operating and Advancement Officer. Throughout their marriage, they have both served in a number of ministry roles. Rich, an ordained pastor, was the Chief Development Officer for several ministries and more recently served as the CEO of Lead Like Jesus, a global leadership ministry. Danielle is the worship leader in their local church and a breast cancer survivor, which fueled her desire to serve in the nursing profession. Together, they love to mentor and coach other married couples and are dedicated to living out the life of Christ as a family on mission.
