Del is a pastor and member of the Life Action team since 1996, currently serving as the Relational Health Director. Originally from Buchanan, Michigan, Del brings a biblical approach and a wealth of experience to reviving relationships, soul development, and effective ministry team collaboration. Alongside his wife, Debra, Del is passionate about sparking renewal in the core areas of life—relationships, soul development, priorities, purpose, and working effectively together. Through Life Action’s outreaches, Del facilitates transformative resets for marriages, families, and ministry teams. Del and Debra are proud parents of four children.
