Despite racial divisions and riots, God worked in the young church in Thessalonica. Paul encouraged the new believers to live in grace and peace. He knew that true change would come only through the power of Christ being evident in their lives. When the world sees God’s power on display in our lives, it changes lives, churches, and nations.
