Michael & Jodie Pool

Michael and Jodie Pool have each played a unique and vital role in the ministry’s mission to transform lives and churches across the nation. Originally from Melfa, Virginia, Jodie’s journey with Life Action began in 2012 in administration role on one of the teams, transitioned into cooking at The Lodge, and now includes traveling with the Blue Team, where she finds deep fulfillment in witnessing God’s transformative work in both churches and individuals. Her passion for ministry grows with each new responsibility she embraces, and she is especially inspired by the growth she sees in team members along the way.

Michael, originally from Texas, has served in multiple capacities with Life Action since 2011, currently holding the roles of Team Director, Team Pastor, and Speaker on the Blue Team. He is passionate about being part of a ministry that offers a front-row seat to see God transforming lives and drawing people into deeper fellowship with Himself. Alongside Jodie, Michael has the privilege of watching both team members and individuals grow spiritually as they experience God’s conviction and renewal. For Michael, working with Life Action is not just a job, but a true “missions adventure,” where he can serve the church in America and be part of God’s work on a national scale.

Together, Jodie and Michael are deeply committed to the mission of Life Action, seeing it as a blessing and an opportunity to be part of the life-changing impact the ministry has on individuals, churches, and communities.
