Jeff & Maria Mann

Jeff has been serving with Life Action since 1994, most of that time at Life Action Camp. Originally from Charleston, West Virginia, Jeff is passionate about creating an environment where campers can experience rest and hear God’s still, small voice. Drawing inspiration from the image of a farmer tending to thorny soil, he believes his role is to remove the “cares of the world”—much like a farmer clears away thorns—so that campers can focus on what truly matters. Whether through activities or quiet moments, his goal is to foster an atmosphere where people can step away from life’s distractions and experience God in a fresh way.

Maria has faithfully served with Life Action since 1994 and currently works as a Food Service Assistant. Originally from Longview, Washington, Maria brings decades of dedication, quiet strength, and a servant’s heart to her role. She is passionate about using her gifts to support and enable others to thrive in their own ministries, often working behind the scenes to create a space where others can succeed. Maria values the opportunity to encourage those around her in subtle, meaningful ways—making an impact not through visibility, but through quiet faithfulness.

For Jeff and his wife, Maria, and their four children, serving at Life Action Camp is more than a job; it’s a mission to help others find spiritual renewal and transformation by creating spaces where they can reconnect with God.
