From the moment they met, John and Donna shared a calling to ministry. John has pastored churches in Texas, Louisiana, Georgia, and Tennessee. While he was pastoring Coggin Avenue Baptist Church in Brownwood, Texas, the Lord began a revival that spread to over one hundred college campuses, including Wheaton University. John also served as Vice President of Evangelism and Spiritual Awakening at the North American Mission Board. Donna has always served alongside him by teaching and mentoring women.
John and Donna have also had the privilege of sharing the love of Christ and supporting missionaries in countries all over the world. They have a passion to see the recent, unprecedented move of God that many overseas countries are experiencing come to America.
John has authored five books: Revival; The Passion Promise; Authentic Power; If God Were Real; and Revival Revived. Donna has authored No Excuses, a Bible study of 1 and 2 Timothy, and is a contributing author to A Daily Women’s Devotional.
John and Donna have three adult children, who are married, and five grandchildren. They currently serve full time with Life Action Ministries. John serves as President of the Life Action division, inspiring people to say yes to God.
On a day off, you are likely to find them hiking the Smoky Mountains together or swimming with their grandchildren. Or you might find John scuba diving or playing golf.
