ABOUT THE WEBINAR

Every church leader has felt it—the impulse to quit, followed by gratefulness to serve; personal discouragement, temporarily patched by positive feedback; a strong sense of motivational mission, followed by a personal failure. You’re well aware of the “cycles” of ministry, sometimes seasonal or caused by church struggles, sometimes brought on by our own choices and personalities.

How do we stay encouraged, productive, and excited about our work for Christ? How can we not secretly feel like hypocrites? And if we do slip off the edge into real discouragement, what is our path forward into revival?
