During extraordinary times, God often calls us to extraordinary measures.
As president of Life Action, I want all of you who know and love our ministry, everyone who has been praying for national revival, and many who have never heard of us but who are crying out to God in these days, to hear from me at least five days a week during this crisis.
I am nothing but a servant. But for some strange reason, God has placed me in this role at this time.
God is speaking. Do you know how to hear Him?
I believe He will speak very clearly right now to the church in America. I believe He will speak to all of us.
So I will be sharing every day what I am hearing from Him, and at the right time we will call thousands of people, perhaps millions, to come together online for a national revival Summit. We will provide an opportunity for all of us to hear God and say yes to Him in these days.
So let’s begin.
I am listening to the most astonishing speech from Governor Cuomo of New York right now. Forget about how you feel about his politics. It is honest, emotional, and vulnerable. He just said, “It’s like someone has picked up our nation and is shaking it.”
He may not know that he is quoting the Scriptures. The prophet Haggai delivered these words from God Himself to His chosen people:
“Fear not. For thus says the LORD of hosts: Yet once more, in a little while, I will shake the heavens and the earth and the sea and the dry land. And I will shake all nations” (Haggai 2:5-7 ESV).
WHAT WILL REMAIN IN YOUR LIFE WHEN EVERYTHING IS SHAKING?
That likely depends on whether you experience a different kind of “shaking” in these days—the kind that happened to the early church:
And when they had prayed, the place in which they were gathered together was shaken, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and continued to speak the word of God with boldness (Acts 4:31).
If this is not a time for you to experience the personal shaking of God that we call revival, when would that time come?
And if this is not a time for the church in America to experience God’s revival shaking, when in the world would that time be?!
