Training for Christian Workers, Pastors, and Ministry Teams
The Coracle Readiness Program is designed to teach experientially equipped cross-cultural workers, pastors, and ministry teams in a practical Jesus way of self-development and holistic thriving. One of the biggest issues facing missionaries and pastors is personal, family, and team meltdown. Through our experience-driven training, discover a Christ-centered way to not only become resilient under stress but to actually metabolize stress and turn it into increased capacity.
This year will feature our 5D Thrive Conference, accompanied by helpful pre- and post-conference electives that will dive deep into topics such as language acquisition, cultural intelligence, relational intelligence, and ministering in Muslim contexts. Join this Coracle cohort and find a renewed sense of purpose and a greater understanding of how to effectively serve those around you.

Language Acquisition Workshop
October 2–7, 2023 – $2,200 / Person*
Designed for cross-cultural workers preparing for their field of service. This includes workers ministering to refugees and immigrants in their home country.
Relational Intelligence Training (SDI)
October 5–6, 2023 – $935 / Person*
This comprehensive program is tailored to meet the needs of individuals engaged in Christian service, whether they are serving locally or in a cross-cultural setting.
Cultural Intelligence
October 16–17, 2023 – $935 / Person*
Designed for those who work or minister in contexts that are culturally diverse. This can include missionaries, pastors and leaders of churches in diverse contexts, teachers, students, businesses, and organizations that are expanding into new markets.
Ministering in Muslim Contexts
October 16–18, 2023 – $1,480 / Person*
Designed for cross-cultural workers preparing for their field of service specifically in Muslim contexts. This includes workers ministering to refugees, immigrants in their home country, and other outreach settings.
*All pricing includes on-site housing and meals. Scholarships are available to offset the cost of the conference.

This year, the Coracle will be hosted at Life Action Camp in beautiful southwest Michigan. Situated on Clear Lake in Buchanan, Michigan, Life Action Camp offers a variety of housing options, meeting spaces, dining facilities, meadows, trails, lakefront sunsets, and a host of fun activities. The venue offers multiple lodging options including hotel-style accommodations, multi-room cabins, family-friendly housing, and bunk housing.
