Staff Opportunities

Life Action offers many ways for you to use your God-given gifts to further His kingdom and advance the gospel. Through our local church teams, family camp, pastors’ retreat center, media ministry, and women’s ministry, God is using the outreaches of Life Action to revive the lives of believers throughout the nation and around the world! Below are some of the areas where you can serve through the outreaches of Life Action:

  • Ministry Donor Rep: Off-site regional position. Responsible to develop relationships with and minister to current donors and ensure they are increasingly engaged and to cultivate new partners.

  • Scheduling Lead/Director
    Oversee all aspects of fostering church relationships with pastors. Manage the schedule for our team events and speaker-only events. Develop an ambassador-style network of pastors and reps to help promote the “Yes to God” message. Reports to the Director of Church Events.

  • Lead Revivalist
    The Road Team Lead Revivalist is the primary platform communicator of core revival truths during Church Events (the main sessions). He, along with the Team Director  and Family Revivalist, encourages and counsels the Pastoral Staff of the host church and gives spiritual insight and pastoral ministry to the road team. He is responsible for providing direction and oversight to the road team, in conjunction with the Director of Church Events. Reports to the Director of Church Events.

  • Donor Director
    Working on the Communications Team, the Donor Director is responsible for overseeing the fundraising initiatives for Life Action. This includes overseeing our donor representatives, giving direction to our fundraising campaigns, meeting with donors, overseeing our major donor gatherings (like Vision Gathering), and fundraising on behalf of Life Action. The Donor Director is also responsible for developing an overall fundraising strategy for Life Action.

  • Camp Director
    Responsible for directing and advancing the Life Action Camp by working with the Camp Management Team on the creation and marketing of innovative ministry events, facility improvement/expansion, and development of a financial partner base that will enable Life Action Camp to expand and deepen its ministry impact primarily through Family Camps and retreats. This position may also have involvement across the Life Action Division, in areas including Church Events, Donor Development, and Vision Gathering. Reports to the Vice President of Life Action.

  • Marketing Director
    Working in the Life Action Division’s communications team, the Marketing Director is responsible for developing and implementing marketing and awareness campaigns for the Life Action Division, including Life Action Camp, church events, sale-able products, resources, fund-raising initiatives, as well as general brand awareness. The Marketing Director will also serve on the Life Action Division creative team and reports to the Communications Director.

  • Church Events Director
    The Church Events Director provides oversight to all aspects of our Church Events outreach. Provide leadership in the development of innovative strategies designed to best communicate and impact the local church in North America with the message of revival through the itinerant outreaches of Life Action. Provide overall leadership and direction to the Road Teams. Responsible for itinerant speaker team development and placement. Responsible for the spiritual and professional development of the leadership and staff of the Road Team Ministries outreach. Responsible for networking with other likeminded ministries and revivalists in order to foster collaborative efforts. Responsible for the planning of and oversight of Staff Training, which includes all Road Team traveling staff and team members. Responsible for developing strategic relationships with pastors and recruits. Responsible for the development of and management of the Church Events budget. The Church Events Director reports to the Vice-President of the Life Action Division.

  • Camp Activities Manager
    This individual role is among several needing filled at the Camp at a leadership level. In conjunction with supervising the other activities staff at the Camp, this person provides oversight to designing and implementing all of the elements of participation for those attending events at the Camp. This person is a member of the Camp Leadership Team and reports to the Camp Director.

  • Program Director
    The Program Director is responsible for the continuous improvement activity that makes our events more effective and personal, innovating new and impactful ways to complement our core message content in our events in churches, at conferences, and at the Life Action Camp. This individual is also responsible for oversight in the training of team members during our Staff Training process. This position requires knowledge and understanding of AV equipment and a creative personality. This person would also lead the process of partnering with colleges and seminaries to provide credit and course opportunity for our traveling teams and others. The Program Director reports to the Vice-President of the Life Action Division.

  • Administrative Assistants: Provide strong administrative and clerical support to one or more ministry directors or managers. Assist with department and project communication, as well as provide efficient handling of ministry information. These positions require strong computer skills, as well as excellent communication and time management skills. (Full-time position in our Niles, MI headquarters)
